Bjork "It's oh so quiet"

Ogni tanto è doveroso tirare fuori la storia che la musica è senza tempo. Magari in occasioni come queste quando scopro questa canzone di Bjork datata 1995: "It's oh so quiet" (ascolta).
La prima volta che ho avuto modo di ascoltare questo piccolo capolavoro sono rimasto senza parole, le immagini facevano il resto ma comunque la canzone era l'elemento portante.

Certo non è una novità che Bjork viva un po' nel suo mondo, per puro caso (o forse è tutto studiato) ha le nostre stesse sembianze, umane. Per il resto riesce sempre a stupire, con prodotti non facili ma disarmanti, geniali al limite di quello che si riesce a concepire. È fatta così ed è proprio questo che l'ha resa famosa.

Spulciando un po' qua e là nel web ho trovato che questo è pure uno dei singoli di maggio successo dell'artista islandese, e pure il video non manca di farsi riconoscere, con scene in slow motion (al rallentatore) quando la canzone è così delicata da sembrare una ninna nanna, per poi riprendere alla giusta velocità velocità quando si fa più jazz.
