Leona Lewis "Happy", il video

All'inizio la canzone, pur essendo molto più apprezzabile di quella cantata per Avatar, non mi aveva colpito più di tanto però mi è capitato di soffermarmi sul video che a parer mio merita davvero.
Un vero e proprio piccolo film dove vediamo una Leona Lewis prepararsi ad un matrimonio con sorpresa finale. Detto così potrebbe anche sembrare una storia felice e il titolo "Happy" sembra incoraggiare questa affermazione proprio per questo motivo il videoclip merita di essere guardato.

Diretto da Jack Nava che in fatto di videoclip sa davvero i fatto suo, tirando fuori video che sono entrati a far parte della storia dei video musicali, ad esempio questi video che ha diretto per Beyoncé:

• "Single ladies (put a ring on it)"
• "Crazy in love"

Anche Leona è una sua affezionata cliente, infatti ha diretto altri sui due singoli

• "I see you" (colonna sonora del film "Avatar")
• "Run" (altro splendido videoclip)

Di questo video ne esistono due versioni praticamente identiche se non per qualche differenza di montaggio, ma comunque nessuna differenza sostanziale che renda l'uno migliore dell'altro. Io ho scelto quello che si trova sul canale ufficiale su YouTube di Leona Lewis.
